Our Promise Every piece from The Lasting Note is made to order and personalized just for you. We stand behind the quality of what we send. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thelastingnote.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, no return required.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll do our best to find a resolution — including a full refund or store credit at our discretion. To initiate, email contact@thelastingnote.com with your order number and reason for your request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
Personalized Items Because every order is custom-made with your personal message, we cannot accept returns due to customer error in personalization. Please review all names, sign-offs, and messages carefully before placing your order. If the error is ours, we will remake and reship at no charge.
Cancellations We begin processing orders quickly. Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of purchase. After this window your order is likely already in production and cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
