Every order is made to order and typically ships within 1-4 business days. Standard shipping (USPS) arrives in 2-5 business days after fulfillment. Priority shipping (FedEx) arrives in 1-2 business days. For time-sensitive occasions like Mother's Day or birthdays, we recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 3 hours from purchase to cancel before your order enters production. After that, personalized orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check all names and sign-offs before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement at no charge — no return needed.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is personalized just for you, we're unable to accept returns due to personalization errors entered at checkout. If you're unhappy for any other reason, you have 30 days from delivery to reach out and we'll make it right.
