THE LASTING NOTE — SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All of our jewelry is made to order and personalized just for you. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Shipping & Delivery: Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email automatically.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 2-5 business days.
  • Priority Shipping (FedEx): 1-2 business days.
  • Please note that FedEx Priority cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box, please select Standard Shipping at checkout.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • Standard: 3-9 business days from order placement
  • Priority: 2-6 business days from order placement
  • These are estimates and do not account for carrier delays, high volume periods, or weather-related disruptions.

Order Tracking: Tracking is automatically uploaded to your order by the end of the day your item ships. You will receive an email notification with your tracking link. For shipping inquiries once your order is in transit, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 directly.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Lasting Note is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. If you experience ongoing issues, reach out to us at contact@thelastingnote.com and we will do our best to assist.

Holiday & Peak Periods: During high volume periods such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and the holiday season, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance of any gifting occasion to ensure on-time delivery.
